Mission Statement

The mission of Proactive Business Solutions is to work honestly and collaboratively with organizations to help them become more efficient and effective in their operations.

What We Do

Founded in 1997, PBS  "helps people and businesses do the right things right."

Doing the right things means focusing on activities which will have the greatest impact on your success. These activities may center on problems that you need to solve, processes you need to get control of, measurements you need to track, or projects you need to complete. PBS can help you focus on the most vital activities first.

Doing things right means eliminating the waste from your business. It means doing what you do better, cheaper, and faster. PBS uses proven methods and works side by side with your experts to help you achieve these goals.

"In tough times, organizations have more reason than ever to focus on doing the right things right and doing them efficiently. The right things are those for which customers are willing to pay - value added things. The organization must learn precisely what their customers want. Use lean and Six Sigma to design and build processes to deliver these values with a minimum of wasted effort and resources." Quote from Thomas Pyzdek in Quality Digest, April 2009.
